چکیده
Abstract In this study, we presented two reliable methods, the sol–gel and autocombustion, to synthesis a high purity BiFeO 3 single phase with low calcination time using glycine as chelating agent. The glycine-autocombustion method produced either or concentrations of reactants (Bi(NO ) + Fe(NO ), while glycine-sol–gel delivered reactants. case tartaric acid urea agents, mixtures Bi 25 FeO 40 phases were formed. morphology, size, porosity particles obviously changed by varying agents. samples exhibit visible light band gap 2.05 eV long absorption tail extending infrared region, suggesting suitability synthesized powders in solar photocatalytic applications. A weak hysteresis ferromagnetic loop was observed for (glycine method) /Bi (urea large contribution from paramagnetic behavior. On contrast, robust loops found sample saturation magnetization reaching 2.5 emu/g. Remarkably, pure auto-combustion methods possess room temperature dielectric constant values 622 845 respectively at frequency 42 Hz. prepared acid, exhibits 401 1118 assisted samples, same frequency, respectively. At real part complex permittivity tend be zero which confirms negligibly small electrode effect.

Herein, it has been shown that the bismuth ferrite magnetic nanoparticles (BFO-MNPs) are new, efficient and recyclable catalysts for the synthesis of polyhydroquinoline derivatives by the Hantzsch reaction. The one-pot four-component cyclocondensation reaction of dimedone, aromatic aldehydes, ethyl acetoacetate and ammonium acetate was carried out under solvent-free conditions. The...
متن کاملMicrowave–Assisted Hydrothermal Synthesis and Optical Characterization of SnO2 Nanoparticles
Semiconductor nanoparticles exhibit size dependent properties due to quantum confinement effect that are not present in their bulk counterparts. In this work, extremely fine and pure SnO2 nanoparticles of ~1.1 nm size were synthesized by a solution process, in which amorphous precipitate of SnO2 was crystallized by microwave heating. The particles sizes varied from ~1.1 to ~2.7 nm. By XRD analy...

This study have been developed BiFeO3/reduced graphene oxide (BFO/RGO) nanocomposites by introduction of RGO in the structure of BFO nanoparticles in a short term ultrasonic treatment. The X-ray diffraction pattern and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy analysis reveal that the BFO/RGO composites were successfully synthesized. UV-visible absorption show that the introduction of RGO can eff...
